McEwan Job Tracker is a private business application developed for internal use by Bob McEwan Construction, Inc.

Use is restricted to authorized company personnel with approved login credentials.

Application Purpose

The application supports internal construction administration, including customer inquiries, estimating, project tracking, scheduling, and job coordination.

It may retrieve information from the company's QuickBooks Online account and synchronize relevant records with Google Sheets.

User Responsibilities

Authorized users must protect their login credentials, access information only for legitimate business purposes, and comply with company confidentiality and information security requirements.

Accounting Records

QuickBooks Online remains the company's accounting system of record. McEwan Job Tracker is an administrative tool and does not replace official accounting records.

Access and Termination
